As usual full source code is provided in the src folder

 

1. Copy Media and bin folders over your existing Senninha\Media and Senninha\bin folders

2. Go into Senninha\Media folder and run Recode.bat and wait for all videos to be processed

3. Edit inputs in Senninha\bin\s_input.ini (Note the input to insert coin is SERVICE not coin, it is not a mistake on my end the inputs work in the test menu)

4. Run game with Senninha\interface.exe

Will look into it, but might not be sufficient as a dump. Rockey2 can run custom code embedded on the device. So I would also need that code if there is any. Will let you know

I got the inputs and game working, but I need to look into the weird graphic issues.

Yes that is not a bug, the camera took those inverted. You can see the camera was also out of its position and hidden at times.

Worst coded game I have ever seen in my life. Such a mess, but I guess Senna is a legend in Brazil so this must hit the nostalgia mark for many there.

Ducon, thanks for the reply, I get that step 2 is a must but it does not do anything when I run the .bat file my friend, except flicker even when I run as administrator, probably my computer at fault, when i check it won't run any batch files, they must have been disabled.

it only plays because it has a very cool cabinet usually mounted on a formula 1. the game was developed by a company called diverbras.

Works fine with ducon's files. 

 

Entered test and tried to check out the multiplayer, you can change multiplayer to yes (default no) and then there's 2 choices... apparently "server" and "client". Setting to server just sits on one screen during boot, was not able to translate the message.

 

Didn't try setting another machine to client, but will try later. Not sure if the "Server" machine is meant to play as well, or just facilitates the clients, or it needs a client to proceed, or it's just broken... will try again later.

a sad year so far for people that love arcade games almost no dumps released publicly in 2022

makes me wonder sometimes how many arcade only games left that can be made playable…..

Thanks very much for this Ducon 2016. It works great, just trying to find a way to up the resolution from 720p to 1080. I have tried dgvoodoo, but when in game, it stilll runs at 720p for me. Cheers.

Well apparently  Multi player LAN is playable through test menu screen 

with normal procedure

Well for me the game is very glitchy i don't see menu and everything is distorted.. i will try the next monday on  a intel pc cuz i have a amd laptop and i will tell you.. but i think if you put some static ip and set 1 pc to client and the other for servidor must work.

 

PD: I try to translate to EN but these menu are videos ahahahaha

Did this actually work though? Did you actually get in game with multiplayer?

 

When I set a machine to Server it hung at a message. See my previous post.

i tried this on a single Pc 

 

i put the game to server  then i saved the setteng when the game start it breaks then i put the game to client and saved the setting the game breaks when i start the game 

 

i did that process while lunching the SenninhaServer.exe

 

config_senninha.ini  have these lines :

when you put  cor_single=2 it means yes  (sim)
when you put  cor_multi=1 it means server

so when i come to think of it the game is made in the early 2000s  on windows XP  so it might need a line just like Sega supermodel 3 or a RS-232 cable
