Real! I remember playing this a few years ago on my Galaxy S8 from a different region (I think Japan). It's just taken a good while to get released in the UK and many other regions.

It was released in China, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia.
I remember seeing this 2 years ago actually. Never tried it though, not a fan of the chinese art style look.

 

Honestly, I'm surprised it was even considered for release elsewhere.
