Correct, the 7z is the decrypted VHD file. The ones listed above it are the encrypted files. From my understanding, SDHD_ACA.icf this goes into the amfs folder like segatools mentions, its contents include: ICF1, ICF2. ACA_0071.55.01_20210915105953_0.pack = Drivers and other useless things. SDHD_2.00.01_20210917065431_0.app = Main app file of the game, already decrypted with said 7z file.
