I know it has been a while and this thread might not be very active anymore. I only recently came across TC5 and I am able to run it on my pc. I use a very different input method compared to a light gun even though I try to achive the same goal. I run a laser shooting range where you basically shoot a short laser impulse with airsoft guns onto a wall. A high speed camera detect where you hit and translates this into a mouse click at the location of impact. This works fine for the simulator that it was meant for but also for games such as Mad Bullets. 
In Time Crisis i can perfectly shoot in the menu but once I am in the game the cursor position is in the top left corner and stays there. In game the shots are detected...i can see the impact in the top left corner but the mouse position is not moved to where I am actually aiming. Again...in the menu all fine. The difference with my input method is that the mouse jumps from position 1 to position 2 basically instantaniously. I wonder if this is what makes it fail ingame. If anyone has some ideas on my usecase I would really love to hear it. 
You need to image how this would be...standing in a dedicated room with a recoil airsoft (Glock G17, CZ Shadow 2, HK416) playing TC5...trying to play this game. If anyone is curious how this looks like you can google me with 'laserschiesskino austria' (dont want to post url here).

i also has this problem. make sure you run all demulshooter exe files as admin and the latest demulshooter version + save after choosing your gun in demulshooter software.

yes...a shame no one want to work on this game even for money/donation. guess its really really hard/annoying to crack.

Anyone has a complete shaders for it on yuzu?

Can we play House of the dead 4 with a gun/mouse? anyway to use "shake"?

dont know...but on youtube you can see people play it on yuzu. try asking them.

of course this is not playable in yuzu, sad because yuzu has the superior interface and is 'somewhat' faster, but cant even play DK tropical Freeze still. and only 1080p

It's not hard, it's just VERY time consuming to map the dongle calls.

 

Also Raw Thrills are not attractive arcade games.

In general their games are not great, but this one + dirty driving, are my fav arcade games in the last 15 years.

Cant because my house is beign renovated and the machine is in storage, you can get the older emulator at 1cc in a old post.

 

Then you can get into attrac mode, also you need older hardware as the Linux x86 libs and Nvidia do not work with newer hardware.

a user named "solo| said he can reach attract mode and thats it, but no prove like pictures of videos from him yet...basically one is able to crack the dongle for now:/

thanks, no more error with your exe, but the wheel and gas calibration always fails for me, so i cant start the game.
