In the test menu there is a language option.... There is a video on YouTube of someone changing the options in the game settings test menu, so I asked if anyone knew how to do it, as I can't. Furthermore, is there an English version, or are we not talking about the same game?

I'm also use a Arcade Cabinet without a keyboard. To solve button configuration problems I use Joytokey. With this software you can assign keys, sets of keys or mouse movements to buttons and josticks. It is also possible to assign sets of keys to individual games, assigning the profiles to the game's executable exe. It's very simple and you can find several tutorials on google.

You must choose "Configuration #1" for "Device Enabled" be active The problem many have was because bad device choose. There is a simple solution to solve problems with select controls (mouse/gun): Go to Imput options select configuration #1 and click on "test" button.
