Its an .MD file. Tiny. It just runs like nothing in the PC or Android. Its not launched via an .exe. it's a genesis rom. Its 7.5mb WHOA. I uploaded the wrong one. Im so sorry. Give me a sec.

Thank you very much. When I try to get to the core section of retroarch on Android, I can't see a core folder. I think I have to be rooted right? I guess not for Android?

I renamed the core with a .so extension and it imported but the game only plays that little demo crap. Not the actual game
