THE RETURN OF HBP

If anyone cares about this...I went to the movies last night and snagged a pair of the Real D 3D glasses they have and tried it later when I got home. Unfortunately it did not work either. I'm guessing the monitor must be special for this game. Perhaps they are using a 3D monitor.

Intel i7 7700k Nvidia 1080 Windows 10 12 gb ram..I think I see others starting to report crashes as well.

Both DSPSE and DE4D both freeze up and crash on me at random times and random stages.....its never at the same time either...could be at the start of a game or the middle or the end. Is this happening to anyone else? If so does anyone have a fix for it? Thanks.

I saw those earlier when I was looking. 87.00 dollars though?? Ouch. It might be worth it if we knew for sure if it works on the TVs at home.

Just wondering if there are any 3D glasses that will work at home on a regular flat screen tv so one can play Dark Escape in true 3D?? Didn't know if it's possible or not. I tried the old fashion paper ones with the red and blue tinted lenses and it did nothing.

You can go into the option menu and switch it off or on.

This is freaking amazing!!! I never thought I'd see the day we would all get to play this. Easily one of, if not, the rarest wanted game out there. Simply incredible!!

I was hoping for something that lists all the games so I can choose from the list instead of downloading 61 GB so I can what's inside. Anyone have a link for that?

When I go into Manage, Virtual file system,dev_usb I already see numbers there in those 3 slots. Is this normal? I didnt put anything in there myself. Thanks for the help...this is very confusing.

Forgive me for being dumb but I don't see a link for the "complete laserdisc arcade collection" in this 4 pages of posts. Maybe I missed them somewhere? There used to be a topic here before it shut down which had all of the laserdisc games ever released but I can't seem to find it.

Is this the dump everyone is using to play this game? Everytime I download it...it completes downloading but it says the files are corrupted after I unzip it and try to run it. Maybe there is a different dump elsewhere someone can give me the link to? Thank you.

It's was very exciting seeing that Dark Escape boots up. I was wondering if there has been any further progress with the game since the last update.

I downloaded the game from the above link and when I try to play it, it says the file is corrupted and unreadable. Am i missing something here? How did everyone else get it to work?

I cannot believe we will be playing Dark Escape at home!!! This was my number one arcade game to have. Many many thanks for all the hard work that went into making this a reality! Amazing!!

What is this a link for? The size is almost a GB. Is it the whole game or the 4 files mentioned above? Thanks.

When I try to run this game it says I need a 4gb patch?? Does anyone know what this means or where I can find it? Thank you. EDIT: So i patched the exe file and it said it was successful but now when I start the game i get a white screen for about 10 seconds and then it crashes back to the TP selection screen. Any ideas on how to get this game to run??

I have been wanting to try this game for years now. I love Dragon's Lair and these types of games. Always good to see a very rare game like this get dumped and preserved. The controls are really interesting and I love the animation. Everyone should give this one a try.

To anyone's knowledge has this Neo Geo game ever been dumped? It is several years old now plus on cartridge...I would assume by now the rom would be available somewhere.

There is no Dark Escape 2. Did you know that Deadstorm Pirates is on the PS3? As far as I can tell it's the arcade version.
