Thanks for the response but would you happen to have a link for this version for something other than MEGA? All the computers in our house will not download from MEGA anymore and I have no idea why.

I'm confused now. So the link to the game on the first page first post is the standalone version or the TP version? I'm looking for the standalone version.

I downloaded the game from the first link on the first page and there is no plug in folder plus where does the bepinex folder go? not really sure where these 2 things go. I am assumimg this is the standalone version right?

So you think L3 and R3 are the insert coins? I'm away from my PC till tomorrow.

I'll have to take another picture so you can see the bottom but none of them say service...it's all ps2 controller buttons.

So I did everything everyone suggested and nothing had changed at all. Here is a screenshot of what my control settings look like. There is still no options for a mouse or to insert coins. (For Vampire Night)Standalone version, not TP.

We are both talking about the standalone version right? Not the TP version. The game is running good. No matter what I do I can't change any controls over to a mouse and i can't insert coins to start the game....since that is what i want to use for Vampire Night. All these files people are sending me aren't doing anything. I do very much appreciate the help it's just that nothing is changing when I apply them.

So these files change the control set up and the ability to insert coins?

So after I put these 2 files in the arcade roms folder I will be able to insert coins and control with the mouse? If you can't tell I've never used Play! before and it seems overly complicated for such a simple emulator. I don't even see an option in the control set up to insert coins. Is that what these 2 files do is change the control set up or what? Thanks and sorry for not knowing what the hell I'm doing with this.

It won't let download the chd file for Vampire Night. it keeps saying 401 authorization required.

Does anyone know how to set up Play! for use with a mouse? I don't see any options to use a mouse for Vampire Night. Thanks. This is for the standalone version of Play, not the one through Teknoparrot.

All mine says is press any key to continue after I double click scanevilngt.bat and when I press a key the screen disappears and does nothing.

So when I try to use the scan roms tool I get this error "The code execution cannot proceed because python 313.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem". I have no clue what that means. Plus to be honest with you, I have never used just "plain Mame" ever....I've always used a mame32 or something similar. I know nothing about command lines. Could you post a link to the set you are using so i can just try yours? Maybe I'm doing something dumb and don't even realize it.

So I can't get this game to show up in the avaliable games list no matter what I do. I downloaded the chd and rom from the link you gave me and they are setup exactly like they should be and when i go and refresh the game list it won't show up. I've tried several different versions of mame277 and can't get it running which is annoying because I have it running on 4 older versions of mame. Any ideas?

I DID read the text. It just looked like it needed 3 different folders from the way you typed it. Thanks for the help. I do appreciate it.

Just a question, does the chd and rom actually change from version to version? I tried 4 different chds and roms from 4 other versions and none of them worked on Mame277.
