  1. in NVIDIA control panel make sure vsync settings are set to "Application Controlled", and not "on" or "off. Setting it to "application controlled" is the best way to make the main screen 120 and sub screen 60 (make sure gsync is off of course, and don't set FPS limiter either, just let the game do it)... touch screen or not doesn't matter, that has no effect on display whatsoever, don't worry about that. that being said, if you don't have a touch screen, you can't use the subscreen anyway... becuase you have to use the mouse and click on the main screen, not sub screen, so just turn on -graphics-force-single-adapter option and it use with subscreen overlay (Page Up button)

  4. crashes in avs2-ea3 usually means your server is bad, maybe bad asphyxia plugin? why don't you try with -ea option, no asphyxia, and see if it boots, then you know it's asphyxia

I'm not sure why you went through all this effort of recompiling when latest spicetools binaries are already available online... you can also try https://spice2x.github.io/ - i'm using it with OP3 just fine with a mouse to answer some of your questions - you need a proper server to make the album art show up - same for song unlocks, you either need a proper server, or need to do a lot more extensive patching of the music database (beyond setting unlock=0 to 1, you need to check unlock dates, versions, etc) - bind a key to TEST button in spicecfg and press it to access the operator menu - there are plenty of guides to set up asphyxia, but if you can't log in, seems like you have a bad server? I'm not aware of any asphyxia plugin that can do Op3 properly. The link you provided (asphyxia core plugin on github) only supports Op2. - PASELI is the currency used for playing the arcade game, if you set up asphyxia correctly you should always have a constant supply of it, no need to increase manually

  9. Valk mode is meant to be played in 120hz, so if you want to play at 60hz, you have to enable a bunch of hex edits... and that would be done on a patcher website, not inside spice.

  11. Intel Iris XE doesn't support DirectX9 so that is your problem. By the way, you didn't actually enable -9on12 in the first log, so you should try that first. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Basically the problem is the GPU. The second log, I have seen this error, but no known solution.   12. Looking at your log.txt, it looks more like something on the graphics stack crashed. Did you forcibly enable DirectX 9on12? What GPU do you have? Can you not run DirectX9 games - some newer GPUS will have problems. Maybe try enabling -9on12 in spice?
  13. what does your folder layout look like? can you screenshot it? where did you place spice64.exe, where are all the DLLs located, check if you have duplicate files (one in the root folder, another in contents - that's bad).. etc. are you running with AMD GPU? then you need the NVIDIA DLLs, they are in this thread (nvcuda.dll and nvcuvid.dll)
  14. Valkyrie mode + windowed doesn't fully work properly (2nd screen won't work) but you can try -graphics-force-single-adapter and see if you can at least boot with 1 window.

  17. explain what you mean by "nothings there"??? Once you enter the test menu, you can enter I/O menu and calibrate. If you want, you can change menu to English first: open prop\ea3-ident.xml or prop\ea3-config <dest __type="str">J</dest>, and change J to A or U
  18. I don't know what controller you are using, but if it's the old Konami Original Controller for PS2, it only has digital input, so you bind to TT+ and TT- as buttons. If your monitor is 60Hz, you can probably use hex edit to force 60Hz https://patcher.turksigara.net/ I will let you figure out which one -iidx is not needed. spice will automatically detect it. for iPad, use SpiceCompanion app from the Apple app store. You have to set it up in SpiceCfg first (see SpiceCompanion section of Options)

  20. seems like you are using ASIO, maybe your creative sound has problems with ASIO (common problem), try wasapi? Set -iidxsounddevice to wasapi

  22. unfortunately it's not clear where the error is... but i can point out a few things you have both -ea and -url, that is no good, you have to pick just one (you would have seen a big giant error message when you launch the game) if you recently enabled -iidxtdj, you must delete /dev/NVRAM folder before switching if all fails, try again with clean data & reset spice settings
  23. port is my asphyxia port number You have to set a different port number in spicecfg for the API, otherwise you have a port conflict (both asphyxia and spiceapi trying to use the same port).

Unfortunately both IIDX and SDVX can be incredibly picky about the sub screen... for example I have a touch monitor that is 61Hz and game refuses to boot with it Instead, you can enable -graphics-single-adapter, and just use the spice subscreen overlay (press Page Up in game to show sub screen on main screen) and use your mouse. Or you can use SpiceCompanion app.
  25. maybe try -9on12 if you haven't already, make sure main screen is portrait and sub screen is landscape...
