I created a ranking server for Outrun 2 SPDX (Sega Lindbergh) that uses the in game codes that were for the Sega Internet Ranking server, so you can put your codes in and get scores up on the ranking board.
It's free to use, open to everyone.

It has the following features

- Add your additional name to submissions
- Add country and flag to submissions
- Add youtube link to your submissions for validation of results
- Results catalogued using the original protocol
- Leaderboards to show best players for each mode
- Currently only top 100 results are catalogued, but i will add more in the future, probably top 1000 will get catalogued.
- Latest submissions log to easily find your results and see if they got posted OK.
- Detailed info about your run with nice GUI items to show alongside it from the original game.
- Great way to catalog your own games to track your scores.
- Supports all game modes/maps. Outrun 2/SP, outrun mode, time attack, heart attack, 15 course, 15 course time attack.
- Separate leaderboards for all modes, all goals, normal or tuned modes and auto/manual tansmission for a more fair ranking system matching like for like player setups.
- Name/car search to filter ranking boards.
