BOA, the Bureau of Opposing Auras, is training its new recruits. Not all things are considered equal, just because a guy has a gun pointing at a hostage - it doesn't mean that they're the bad guy.

Shoot anything Red or Orange, they're suspect and you'll get far in the Bureau of Opposing Auras!
