These are update patch files, needs an existing copy of WMMT4. Due to the base of WMMT4 Export is undumped/lost media, the workaround is to use WMMT4 JP and patch it, note that some UI that is not overwritten with the EXP patch files will remain in Japanese, stability is unknown since there is no way to run this yet.

Appears to be a DEBUG or QA version of the game as it does not have the WMN4r elf executable, instead the elf executables are WMN4i_attract_aging and WMN4i_attract_aging_enable_fontcashe.

Multiple different versions of the patch for different dumps and also a mirror of WMMT4 JP Rev1.10 with Gzipped asset files is provided here.
