Dark Awake - The King has no name for NESiCAxLive Getting Teknoparrot Startup error

Hello members. I am having trouble starting up Dark Awake - The King has no name for NESiCAxLive . I am getting a game.exe - Application Error which says The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Within the Teknoparrot dos box it says failed to run the process. So I don't know if either I have a bad dump or I'm missing some dlls or video drivers. Do anyone know of a fix or what could be my problem? Thanks for any help you can provide.
