Wont display 16:9

in Mortal Kombat  Plus how  to unlock or fight against Ermac? i see in the videos this char but i play a lot anda nothing to this char

I could not change aspect ratio of games also went through both emulators changed aspect ratio turned off overlays went through the config files as well no luck so deleted.
