Yes I installed the .pfx first to local machine, then the .cer to local machine followed by double clicking on the .appx file which gave me the error.

choose install with right click NO DOUBLE CLICK .... see if works this way

I tried right clicking and then clicking open and no luck. There is no "Install" option" when right clicking. I even tried the option to open with Microsoft storage API and no luck.

My Win10 install is unbloated for my arcade machine meaning it was installed using only the needed files with no installed apps like Edge, or the Microsoft Store etc.. so I don't have an .appx app. Is there another way to extract and install it?

try to install this files first and see if you can full install game again

if not work you need full windows 10 then
