Wacca Reverse start issues

Can someone help me starting up Wacca Reverse?

When starting up it does some checks.

I use Artemis as webserver and I see it reacts to the network check-up.

 

But then Wacca finally tries to start it crashes with a 1403-0 error.

Did you ever figure this out? I am having the same issues with or without artemis. Error 1403-0
