SDVX Exceed Gear DLL Issue

so ive ran into a dll error. i downloaded the file from nyaa.si (KFC-2021083100) and started the game using both the bat file and the spice64. did nothing with the spicecfg and the dll isnt patched ig. can someone help me here? ive attached my log file for reference
