TAITO TYPE X SPICA ADVENTURE ERROR

Im having problems getting this game to run. Everytime i try i get a garbled txt about direct3d but its all random characters and letters. Ive tried different game launchers and emulators and still the same. Can anybody help me?

It could be you have a bad dump, or are missing crucial files.
You installed DirectX, Visual C AIO ?
