Best PC Games?

I just invested in a gaming desktop and I'm sooo excited to start playing PC games again (haven't since I was a kid). I'm definitely buying the sims 4 but what other PC games are must plays? I'm mostly a beginner gamer and have loved games like animal crossing, stardew valley, breath of the wild, and Pokémon. Open for any and all suggestions.
