All MAME games, lots of verticals, old school, some horizontals as well. About 350 in total.

Is this made for vertical screens only or is it also an option for vertical games, running on a horizontal screen with bezels enabled?

you can play both horizontal & vertical

look in the folders:- \Vertical-Cloned-AM-PRU\romlists

there you will see some .txt files for Arcades.txt Beat Em Ups.txt Favorites.txt etc.........

 

lets say you wanted to add Mortal Kombat, in which ever .txt file (i chose the favorites) add the line mk;;Favorites;

place the mk.zip romset in \Vertical-Cloned-AM-PRU\emulators\mame\roms

the bezel artwork can be placed in here \Vertical-Cloned-AM-PRU\emulators\mame\artworkvert9x16 (just create a new folder with the same name as the zipped rom)

video & screenshots can be placed here \Vertical-Cloned-AM-PRU\collections\Arcades
