Koihime Performance Ryorai Ryorai Version 3 APM3 Edition No Sound issue. Need Help.

Hello. I'm having problems with a version of Koihime Performance Ryorai Ryorai Version 3 APM3 Edition.  I'm getting no sound from the game. No sound during the title screen and during playing the game. I have Version 3.12 and the update 3.14 and neither versions have sound. I don't know what the issue could be so I'm asking for help as someone here may had the same issue and know a fix. I'm playing with Teknoparrot. Thanks for any help you can provide.
