How to get ALLS UX BIOS password

I have a ALLS UX board come from Japanese WACCA cabinet which has ended online service 1 month ago.

I want to run a clean install of windows 10 but I don't know how to get the password to get into BIOS setup.

 

I have seen a Japanese enthusiast said that he saw the password from somewhere.
