arcade fast n furios v 3.0 problem

hello everyone, i have a problem with arcade fast and furious v3.0 for dell computers.
I bought the disk on ebay and I do the system restore, when starting it gives me the following error
Gun.exe - Application Error
"the instruction at 0x referenced memory at 0x the memory could not be read"
I reinstall over and over again and it does the same thing, I changed and put more ram memory as well as a hard drive and it's still the same
