Get Pac-man Battle Royal working

Hi,

 

I really want to play Pac-Man Battle Royal but I am so lost. I don't know anything about patching and stuff and I wish someone could explain it to me like I'm five years old in a step-by-step fashion.

I have PacMan Museum downloaded.

I have downloaded the Pac-Man Battle Royale-v2 folder from http://www.emuline.org/topic/1252-tuto-ameliorations-pac-man-battle-royale/

I have also downloaded NoobPatcher and NoobDiff.

I have also downloaded X360CE to be able to use my usb joysticks with the game. 

 

But I am totally clueless about what to do with all of this. If anyone could help me it would be incredibly appreciated. If someone could do it for me I'd be very happy to pay for it (if it's allowed).
