Teknoparrot controller order changing

I appologize if this is somewhere on the forums.  Been looking all afternoon.  So i have an arcade cabinet with 2 xinput sticks, 2 aimtrak guns, an xinput racing wheel and 2 xbox one controllers.

Devreorder fixes any issues ive had for most emulators.  I cant seem to figure out how to use it with teknoparrot.

I tried the devreorder system wide setup but it causes some other games not to function.  So i have to do it emulator by emulator.  Any information on how to force controller order in teknoparrot games would be greatly appreciated.

I plan to have multiple devices for my arcade cabinets so I begin to get interested in this topic (probably the reason I have to remap often my wheel in tecknoparrot). I cannot help you right now but hope you will solve this. Did you notice you get an answer from BrianKendall?

A while ago I needed to use the same on my Cabinet and had used the JoyID Utility, which as much as I now look it, I only find the link http://web.archive.org/web/20131127160351/http://wingmanteam.com/latest_software/gadgets.htm that doesn't work.
