Groove Coaster 4EX on PC

hey guys! I just got my Groove Coaster 4EX (4.50)cab and dumped everything to my local drive. I found there is a site that can upload the game.exe and unlock songs. But I can't find any file names game.exe. There's also a file named vdimg_ec.img that seems encrypted.
Any ideas on how can I extract the img file?
Or even if I did extract game files, are those extracted encrypted too?

Also, I've downloaded the full Groove Coaster 4EX 4.52, there is a file called game.exe but it doesn't do anything when I start it.

Any idea how to run this 4EX 4.52 on PC?
