How to Install DDR X-2014 to bemani type 4 pc hard drive

Bought a DDR X3 Pcb with included dongles. Was wondering how would I get the other ddr games that i downloaded from this website onto another hard drive?

I know the system uses XP embedded and was wondering what program or tool or if theres a tutorial somewhere on how to do this.
