Thanks I was looking for it and found it googling for "Rebuilded GDI's (Click to View)" with the quotes. Then Click to View => Homebrew => Click to View Unfortunately like most recent dreamcast games it is not that good. Graphics and animations are not at the level of the best dreamcast games, but try it out and if you like it I recommend you buy the original game to support the devs.
