Axel city + Thien Ron Expansion doesn't work: ntlea internal exception error

Hi all,

 

please I need your help because I'm trying to use Axel city complete (Axel city + Thien Ron Expansion) but it doens't work.  When I launch the exe, it appears this error:

 

I have a pc with Windows 10 64 bit. I tried with Xindows XP Service pack 2 or 3 compatibility, but I don't solve the issue.

Can you help me please?
