[Help] Light gun and a Steering Wheel with emus ?

so i was thinking of buying a steering wheel and a lightgun for PC but i would need some advice

 

which are the cheapest and reliable ? can i use both the steering wheel and light gun with MAME Model 2 , Teknoparrot and so on to play games ?

 

i would need to see a list of prices and features
