@Athlonazu385 I'm referring to this ^ What you're saying just doesn't make sense in the context of the HD sdaemon provided there. I think we're talking about two different things.... You stated Raw Thrills supports 2 resolutions...but then I have to set to a 3rd resolution?? in my display properties? and then that'll allow the launcher? to start without patches? What patches? Which launcher - there's two (FNFSC_LAUNCHER_v5 & MohkerzLoaderz.exe) . Forgetting the resolution stuff, the FNFSC launcher works fine, but Mohkerz crashes before gameplay no matter what FYI. I'm just trying to figure out how to set the resolution (specifically -res19) using the patched sdaemon above, on the FNFSC launcher (to have proper controls), with the switches below: From README: The following resolutions can be obtained by using command line arguments. There is a problem, please ignore. Thanks to MOHKERS No arguments = 1366x768 -res5760 = 3840x2160 -res4800 = 3440x1440 -res19 = 1920x1080 -res16 = 1600x900 -res10 = 3200x1800 -res8 = 2560x1440 -res6 = 2560x1080 -res5 = 1280x960

I did not follow that at all. Literally read that 10 times and I'm more confused now. I copied over the HD file and I can run it in high res just fine via executing the sdaemon file but there is no proper input. So I need the launcher but it didn't work when I made a bat file to add the resolution switch. I don't think you can pass in params to the launcher...

Has anyone got the HD patch working posted on pg3? Not sure how to get it working with the game launcher....

@7zxkv How can I use the HD switches in conjunction with the launcher? Works fine with the standalone sdaemon but I created a bat file passing in the switch to the launcher but it was still low res.

Does Drift have any advantages over Supercars out of curiosity? SC seems like the definitive version. It adds 9 courses from SuperBikes 1, HD/upresing, new menus/hud w/ more detailed map, 10 new cars, upgraded sound package, turn/goal notifications, etc. Trying to see if there's any reason to play Drift anymore...

Hate to spam the thread but Mohkerz and crew deserve a lot of recognition for their work on this community contribution. Thanks guys! Also, the new Cruis'n game is awesome and my favorite arcade racer in a long time. Just simple, cheesy, arcade fun! Very throwback (hence the gfx). It's paying tribute in my eyes to the classics with how it plays, just with a slight modern facelift. Play one track and you'll see.

Turn on controller AFTER game launch. Here's my notes: Nesica Update: - Needs Imac file - Black screens unless use the fix rar game.exe/debug.ini (increases res it looks like?) - Sprites are broken though (bottom smears) on TP and jconfig+idmac - fine on GameLoader because you can fix the res - TeknoParrot/Jconfig emulation is inconsistent (black screens) Using Game Loader: - "LoaderSettings 2" tab > "Internal resolution change (Old)" Check box and enter the value calculated with monitor resolution x 1.12. Example 1920x1.12=2150, 1080x1.12=1210 - Can do same from Nvidia Settings

New regedit files fixed the issues with loading gameplay for x64 users. https://8ch.net/1cc/index.html I still can't get 1.1 to work at all, nor the widescreen exe that the dude above provided. Alright, getting closer. 1.0 boots fine (not 1.1) and like most people I can get all the up to right before the race starts THEN registry error. It won't go away until you lose / timeout the race (like 2 mins). Strange bug. SO, it's got to be something with those registry files. If we can fix those/make them more flexible for diff. pc configs, then we should be good to go here! I looked through them and didn't see much to change. The disc drive is set to D (mine's E, changing it didn't help), it's looking for a nfshp2.ini that doesn't exist (creating a dummy file didn't help) and there's some Folder path pointing to 'Documents and Settings…." that I don't have. Hmmmm…..

I had a xbox controller active. Didn't pick it up. Works with Win 10 natively + xbox one controller? Pressing O takes you to Operator menu. Keyboard u/d/l/r/ mapped to things in there. S is Start. Don't press \ EVER on that cali screen. Break everything and then you need to recopy over files. Else upon launch you'll see a Press Start screen followed by crash forever.

Anyway to avoid the flickering/grey objects (from the YT video)? Just gave it a shot. Can't get passed this. Followed the instructions precisely. What exactly is wheel and pedals mapped to?

For Operation Ghost, it looks like the only controls are for controller/pad. Anyway to use mouse with the loader on this game? Stuck using GL ALL RH to play the game in fullscreen with mouse (TeknoParrot doesn't support fullscreen).

Steps to play in VM? Since it requires Linux I guess.

You are the only legend here. I now have everything working perfectly! Thanks for getting this game to where it's 'done' finally (can put in any dir and can properly exit, etc.). I can't use your new launcher though as I need to pass in some params to the mouse app (-resX=1920 -resY=1080), else I can't get mouse to work. Just an FYI. Others might need to do this as well. Works fine using your last launcher though.
