i got the game to work, but the audio of the game is drowned out by VERY LOUD static noises, any idea why the audio is so messed up?

thanks for uploading anyone know how to get passed the e-amusement screen? i cant figure it out, all i know is that this is something network related edit - the screenshot above looks like the same jpn characters are shown, i didnt know it was the same error due to the backround being different than mine, but it looks like we have the same error
