    Controller help. I have slidershim running and see my key inputs on the top half of the program.

    a) What do I set the output device too?

    b) Do I need specific keys or to ";" out anything in particular in sega.ini?

    c) Is there I0 dll's which are required? currently I have the brokenithm ones (3 of) in the app directory.

    Brokenithm-Evolved - Android works fine

    Any help would be appreciated

    Slidershim is normally used to make controllers work with games that aren't CHUNITHM. Is there any reason you're trying to use it when you already have Brokenithm-Evolved working?

    If you REALLY want to use slidershim with CHUNITHM, you'll need to set the output to one of the keyboard modes. This should be the segatools.ini settings for Keyboard 32-zone, Tasoller Layout

    Anyone know if a114 is out for luminous or luminous plus? I know we have most options for luminous plus, but I haven't seen that one yet

    What do you mean luminous OR luminous plus? You shouldn't be combining options from different versions.

    Also, there's no such thing as A114 for luminous plus. It's A001 to A112. Regular luminous is A001 to A181.

    Has anyone gotten it to work on the latest Artemis Master?
    My Luminous is still not connected to the AllNet, and I'm not sure why...

    When I run the game into Artemis, it shows that the machine is unregistered, as well as the billing:
    image.png.97dd262cc2c2457d221a952d0515b40a.png

    I feel like I've done everything, from reinstalling and reconfiguring Artemis Master, setting ownership in dbutils, checking IP-addresses in Core config and segatools,
    and such.
    The database is connected, but I'm not able to see where I can register the serial into the database...
    In the end, I can't save any progress on Chunithm, which makes me very sad   :(((

    Your screenshot shows SDDT connecting to artemis. SDDT is ongeki, not chunithm ...

    I recommend you read what I wrote several times at the very top of that page. The errors claim the database doesn't exist. Follow the instructions on the Artemis git page, not the rentry page.

    https://gitea.tendokyu.moe/Hay1tsme/artemis/src/branch/master/docs/INSTALL_WINDOWS.md

    Use the MASTER branch for Chunithm, not the develop branch.

    Thanks for your answers i'll try différent stuff and Come back to you either to tell that i threw my tasoller against a wall or that a miracle occured.

    I'll do a backup and fuck around the files and USB cable, finally i'll update the touchpad.

    Thanks a lot nonetheless you really helped me a lot!

    How old is your Tasoller? If you bought it new when did you buy it? If it was purchased in 2022 or later then you shouldn't need to use a UART cable to flash the firmware.

    If it's older than that and still on Factory 1.0 firmware, then follow the DAO guide to get on 2.0 https://www.dj-dao.com/en/support/11.html

    If your Tasoller is newer (or after you've done the UART flash if it's older) grab the custom firmware files from here https://pixeldrain.com/u/v28yFBTZ

    There's a readme in the zip that'll tell you exactly what to do, with only the regular USB cables being required.

    You can use the fufubot segatools included with the custom firmware and it should just work in its default configuration, though I personally recommend using;

    segatools: https://gitea.tendokyu.moe/Dniel97/segatools/releases

    chuniio for tasoller: https://gitea.tendokyu.moe/Scribbler/chuniio-tasoller/releases

    and follow the instructions for the dlls herehttps://gitea.tendokyu.moe/Scribbler/chuniio-tasoller#configuration

    and as my user box to the left says, check my profile for useful links

    so i did my research and i was in fact using fufubot segatools so i redid my segatools.ini just in case,

    i had some problem while debugging but now the game is launching better than ever, the aime card thingy is working well.

    my tasoller is now turning black when game is launching and get the right color when the game is on,

    if i emulate the aime card it even turned blue and red as it should be, but still no answer from the touch pad when i tap on it.

    i link the zip where i got the segatoolschusan-segatools_v1.0.3.1_by_fufubot_team.zip note that i also installed all the file in there

    i also link my segatools.inisegatools.ini just in case something is wrong.

    if you tell me eveything should work i'll go ahead and do the laborious install of the touchpad firmware with the special wire.

    once again thanks a lot for your help you're doing god's work

    your [vfs] is fucked, either put the directoy in "quotes" or just use relative paths. Looks like all your folders are inside the bin folder so just put amfs=amfs, option=Option, appdata=appdata

    update that i updated my LED and HOST Firmware to V2, touchpad is now rainbow but no answer from touchpad inside and outside the game,

    when i plug it the AIR stuff detect my hand and the LEDs are lit but when i touch the pas everything deactivate and nothing respond,

    i believe that i have to update the touchpad firmware like the tasoller constructor indicated, can you confirm that ?

    also will i need to do anything else to my bin folder for my tasoller to work ?

    for info i just dowloaded the sun plus install and changed the segatool.ini for it to work with artemis,

    and again thanks a lot for your answer it so frustrating to have spent 300+ bucks for it not to work now

    it will depend on which segatools you are using

    if you're using fufubot, make sure you have

    path=tasoller.dll

    in your segatools.ini under the [chuniio] section

    if you're using dniel97 segatools, download these; https://gitea.tendokyu.moe/Scribbler/chuniio-tasoller/releases/tag/1.7.2 and put them in your app/bin folder (next to chusanapp.exe) and then in segatools.ini, in the chuniio section, write

    path32=chuniio_tasoller.dll
    path64=chuniio_tasoller_x64.dll
    chusan=1

    is there any newer brokenithm with chuniio hook dll input support for wifi use please

    like connecting to 192.168.x.x from the tablet browser

    i don't want the specific one for android or ios

    since i just use it in wirelessly

    actually i have tried slidershim also

    but it sends the input like a keyboard

    and i am having problem with the touch zone around 01-12

    even i edited the segatools key mapping already

    the android/ios app versions are used because they have less latency. If you have io dll's for brokenithm-kb or slidershim that worked in the past, they should still work with latest segatools.

    im sorry i didnt join that server (i got that link from somewhere else), i dont know you cant upload that to here. Im sorry

    they're fine with people mirroring the files and posting them here, they just don't want their own direct links posted here.

    query, how do I change the IP in aqua (I tried with application.properties but the IP does not change)

    Because how else can I create an ID so I don't have to play as a guest?

    you need to change segatools.ini to point at your local ip address

    thank you for the information, unfortunately im not a programmer guy so i just spent 2 hours trying to build those files, but i completely failed, it assumes i already have the environment set up correctly, which i cant figure out how to do. is there any way to get an in-depth guide or even just the already compiled files?

    there is a releases tab at the top, it has pre-compiled files.

  12. 13 hours ago, Maximusboy said:

    I've been following this guide (using Tasoller), and when I attempt to run start.bat, I'm given the error "chusanhook_x86.dll: DLL failed to load inside target process"

    I have followed step 4, which requests replacing the chusanhook files with the ones in /手台設定/.

    Another issue I found was this guide refers to a segatools.ini file inside "\app\bin\DEVICE\", where there isnt a segatools.ini file. I've created a segatools.ini there with all the correct settings put in place.

    Any help would be much appreciated :)

    Edit: Using the original chusanhook_x86.dll lets the game load up, everything works including Tasoller's LEDs, but the touch sensor data is not being noticed by the game.

    Edit 2: Now the rainbow LED's aren't responding to touch either 😕

    reinstall the custom firmware. if you have rainbow leds but no touch then your touch side of the firmware is probably fucked.

    This file has instructions inside https://pixeldrain.com/u/v28yFBTZ

    segatools.ini should be in app/bin. The app/bin/DEVICE folder is where your aime.txt is (where you put your card number)

    Hey can anyone give me an input on how to use brokenithm ios? i downloaded the app fine, but there's no instructions on how to make it work anywhere.

    make sure you have itunes installed on your pc (via exe installer, not microsoft store) and then follow the instructions here https://gitea.tendokyu.moe/beerpsi/chuniio-brokenithm

    First, thanks for the Alo! It was really convenient.

    I have one problem. Can you tell me what procedure is needed to change IP in Sunplus Alo?  My internet IP changed because I moved out. Before using Alo, this issue was solved by changing IP in segatool.ini config but I don't know where and how to change IP with Alo

    I deleted the whole file, downloaded it again, and did Artemis setup again, but still, it doesn't work.
    Thanks for answering and have a good day!

    screen capture 2024-01-08 225643.png

    segatools.ini is _GAMEDATA/App/bin_whateveroptionyouplaywith/segatools.ini if you want to set your local IP manually.

  14. 2 hours ago, rutin said:

    I solved it. I manually put the key value of the sega tools that NEW was using, and it works well.

    You need the custom firmware for the tasoller. Keyboard mode isn't supported since 99% of people don't use it with Tasoller in keyboard mode.
