No idea why it shows that error.. I am using the latest spicetools and the game boots up just fine.. I installed various codec packs in order for my other games to work.. Maybe that helped with this game..i have no mic or headset plugged in.. and only one version is supported by spicetools.. cant remember which one..   

Be sure to have usb headset with mic plugged in prior to launching the game unless you have a patch for no headset

no, all of my gameplay's were recorded & played on my PC with boosted up graphic's settings inside rpcs3 , i dont have any arcade system but @Franco23444 does.

These games generally use a BOOT + GAME combination, and by modifying the BOOT self you can get into the XMB and it is pretty cool to interact with.
