Guys, "Promise or no promises" means you don't have to guess when do you think it's available in public.

For example; Someone has released a final patch of A3 clean data last year of May. Also someone with Konami VPN they can easily share them publicly and then bundled with the current versions from the get-go.

Which is why we have to find out if Konami VPN (or maybe Bemani router) is active or not yet.

- Someone reuploads in 1cc or any unfamiliar sites.

- Randomly, I might be 1cc's new target 

Definitely all the files are unclean, so either I'll gatekeep it, or I'll share it privately. Period.

Which is why I said it's "unclean". Clean data is REAL data, which is the hardest part.

Forgive my inactivity. I lost connection yesterday coz of this ongoing maintenance. If ever you'll be needing a Frankenstein Package, it's better to DM me in Discord or DM me instead. Take note that every new songs in the songlist will be as "unclean" without a clean data happened yet.

startup.arc has a serious issue with their song levels. Every other songs were defaulted with "255"
