Well I don't know of program for that, I only know complete sets or something like clrmamepro for updates, and without using something like that, update packs need so to be able to replace missing files inside

Use the win 7 with ycard that Hippo posted, do same steps you have done, and wmmt Jpn won't work with that one, use the export version of those games , when do get to boot calibrate in test menu , turn off the force steering or whatever it's called in test menu, need ycard exe load first then need to use web UI of it , dashboard version shouldn't matter, I tested few of them, right up to newest, can also turn card reader off in test menu if not going to use, think that build only has kb controls, so need another for controller, a update , for card thing if you don't know how, check TP wiki compatibility under wmmt3

Lower your resolution first, than launch, than quit and go back to regular res and launch again, it's your GPU having issues finding that res for some reason , so try drop down to 1280x720 first launch, exit don't worry about not fitting screen correct, than set back to 1920x1080 and launch again
