  1. Ok figured some things out. The brake in this game is simply a button and not an axis. In the test menu you'll see it it simply on or off whereas the steering and gas can have analog values. This again gives the Japanese version another point.
  2. Few tips: Had to disable nam cam and steering check to get it to boot. Playing with a wheel and pedals but when in the race the acceleration dies after 10 seconds or so. I tried disabling auto acceleration as well but no luck yet in actually being able to use the gas. Hoping for an input update TP side. FFB works though from the few minutes I played it but the Japanese version is superior for better FFB and the ability to choose items and karts.
  3. This is my setup for World. It doesn't have a stage select like the Japanese version afaik but I haven't beaten them yet. The dongle files inside the zip determine the region. cobrataw.zip contents cobrata chd file tp
  4. Yes. I too had problems when updating and using all new software. My prior installs worked fine. The solution is tricky if you are also using FFB. I'm using a combination of new and old version .dlls. In a modern install Teknoparrot has sdl2.dll version 2.0.14.0 in Teknoparrot\Teknoparrot. I either cut\paste it outside in the main root folder when I want to play OR2 or just rename it to sdl2_new.dll. From an older install I cut\paste in sdl2.dll version 2.0.9.0 in and opengl32.dll version 2.0.0.4 into Teknoparrot\Teknoparrot. The newer FFB Plugin 2.0.0.11 goes into the Jennifer folder as usual. When I'm done playing\testing I rename the old sdl2.dll to sdl2_outrun2.dll and put\revert back to the newer version sdl2.dll 2.0.14.0.
  5. Hi everyone. Is there any way to get into the bios/test menu? Teknoparrot doesn't have a switch for it in game settings. Also are there any guides as to the graphics settings? I'm currently using these but wondered what the parameters are for either going higher or lower. I'd like to max them out if possible. Thanks.
