When is this game coming out?

If i run this game via Arcade PC Loader it runs fine but when i connect my xbox controller (using the joy2key) it seems as if the d-pad inputs are being "pressed" and the controls are messed up big time. If i run the game directly as stated the bottom portion of the screen gets clipped (cut). Any fix for that?

I just tried the game is in a very early stage with just 2 characters and a single stage. It does not have proper menus and stuff. Not qualified to be called a 'beta'.

Guys having trouble running Operation Ghost.I am using All RH Loader but the game is running extremely slow (very low fps) tried this on WIN 10 for the first time. Previously worked fine on Win 7. Any clues?

i haven't checked Dead storm pirates but HOTD 4 runs on very low fps on my rig as well.
