Sure. First make sure your touch screen is connected to the computer and works with Windows. If you're playing [maimai FiNALE], go to Release MaiSense · SirusDoma/MaiSense · GitHub and download MaiSense.zip, then extract it into (game folder)\maimai. It should be in the same folder with "maimai_dump_.exe". Run "MaiSense.Launcher.exe", and you're ready to go. All the versions of [maimai DX] support touch screens natively, just run the game normally.
