A IGPU is practically worthless, no matter the brand or type.
They just support "just basic gfx" at a horrible fps.
NVIDIA rules for a lot of games and emulation.

Nezarm makes / made most GFX patches for TP.
Afaik no Intel patches at all for Intel GPU, and Outrun2 is the only game using a AMD GPU on Lindbergh.

Insert credits, then press pink button below (mouse emulates touchscreen), game should start.

Set mkdx.exe in NVIDIA control panel to use NVIDIA GPU.

Disabled Intel GPU ?

Afaik, dedicated gpu streams gfx data through intel cpu / gpu towards outputs.

Enable and try above suggestions, but once again, I assume your NVIDIA mx330 GPU is too weak / old.

No need for XPadder or joytokey, the problem is newer versions of SpiceTools got a bug with certain games.
So one needs to use older versions of SpiceTools, which are not available anymore on Emuline.

Try keyboard inputs, to move (WASD) afaik D / XInput do not work in game.

Rename Startup.upk as Startup.ori, and SWArcGame.upk as SWArcGame.ori (they are inside SWArcGame\CookedPCConsole)

Replace with Startup.upk and SWArcGame.upk from Domefixed.zip.
