All Wangan Midnight games have basically been the same since Tokyo Extreme Racer on the SEGA Dreamcast. The C1 highway hasn't changed in nearly 25 years, except for a slight graphical update with each game. Only thing that changes in Wangan Midnight games, is you maybe get a few new cars and music tracks. Namco are nearly as lazy as Konami these days 😕
