To play with english subtitles just rename or delete Japanese folder.

Yes, you can go to the test menu and set it to free play or credits. The option is not in GAME CONFIGURATION but in COIN OPTIONS.

Remember to set the buttons in jconfig to be able to access the test menu (Test Menu and Service mode).

In this case I can't tell you, because I have only tested with lightguns.
But I don't know ... should be difficult to play with control of xbox...

No. You must rename the file hcvACLib.dll that is inside the HCV_APP folder to hcvACLibO.dll and then extract the Jconfig files into that same folder and then it will work.
(I did the same thing as you initially, lol).
Don't forget to modify the "setting.csv" file to:  ,emulateIO,FALSE...
,emulateSensor,TRUE...

As a test, you can try to start the game 1st, when loading is done, start your DS and look if your DS icon is green, and tell me what is going on after that...

Don't touch to the Game title option in rpcs3 too and don't rename rpcs3-gun.exe"

One very important thing ! when you quit the game, quit or kill the process for RPCS3 and Demulshooter ! Then Restart RPCS3 and DS ! you can have adress memory problem if you don't do that, that's why input is not working

Yes I do all these processes and the Demulshooter recognizes the DE4D (the icon is green) and the game starts normally with the 2 guns at the same time, because I can select the stages by moving them.
But if I choose the 1st stage, it crashes right at the beginning.
The screen freezes for a while then the emulator closes and restarts loading the game. When this happens, the demulshooter stops working and then I have to close everything...

I would like to report a problem I am having with the game Dead Escape 4d.
Whenever I try to play with 2 players, the game freezes and goes back to windows and then restarts (the game) , but the demulShooter stops working. The interesting thing is that it only happens at the initial stage, when that first zombie appears, or the zombies that come out of the green door, also at the beginning.
I have done and re-done several times the procedure with demulshooter, used the newest version and still this crash happens.
If I play with only 1 player and do not use the demulshooter, it does not happen.
Has this happened to anyone?

I put the files that you disponibilizounpara the games within the arcadedefs folder, the roms and chds are in the correct places, but qdo I start the emulator, the games "new" do not appear in the list. I've done several things, checked the paths and everything is ok, but the game doesn't appear in the list.
I even downloaded a newer version yesterday and still the same thing happens

I'm doing exactly what you described and the game does not appear in the emulator list. I have already installed and reinstalled the emulator and still does not appear...😥

I was trying to make Tekken 5 (Tekken51) and Capcom Fighting Jam work but I couldn't create the arcade def (or I don't know if I created it with some error).  They don't show up on the emulator screen.

I like most of the games, except soccer and some rhythm games, but my favorites are shoot'em up and lightguns

To play in english and with all characters you must disable COIN MODE in settings menu.

Free play=  English + all characters

Coin MOde: Japanese voice and text and some characters

On youtube there is Willie Coyote's video showing Mario Rio 2016 working with Jconfig. And in it is written that will be available soon.
I hope it is true, because I remember having seen a video about Hotd scarlet and shortly after came out the jconfig...
I really want to play this game!
