I did this for the frontend using AHK. With each game opened in the frontend, AHK clears the patches from the previous game and places them from the current one.

I used 'Eboot Resign Tools' then 'HxD' to change the serial in eboot.bin. To run the game I use AHK, as the script cleans and changes patches and config.
