MAME 0.282 QSOUND DSP ENABLED Hi there guys, I want to make my contribution to this community, emuline, that has given me so much and since this is nowhere in the internet, I bring you my compilation of MAME 0.282 with QSound DSP enabled that is the accurate sound unlike the HLE QSound that MAME uses by default, it includes almost all games (up to date) that make use of it in the different Capcom boards (CPS2, ZN-1 ZN-2, CPS QSound). In Teknoparrot, Battle Gear 3 abd BG3 Tuned controls don't work properly, when I press gas it goes all the way to the left and then stops, I am playing with keyboard, any fix to this and can someone share the arcadedef for BG3T i think is called batlgr3t,arcadedef Edit Already fixed with the very last TP update released in the night of october 7, 2025

I would like to start with help with the game Driveclub, I can't get it to start I only get a black screen and the following error [Lib.Pad] <Error> pad.cpp:282 scePadOpenExt: (STUBBED) called Emulator version 0.11.1 (tested older versions and its the same) Game version Driveclub CUSA00093 1.28 Firmware for the game 4.50 Using the sys modules 11.0 posted here Stock settings only thing I touched was readbackLinearImages = true readbacks = true Because I read they are needed for Ratchet & Clank to work and it's true and that's interesting Ratchet works with good to excellent graphics as seen in youtube videos but in Driveclub I only get a black screen and never load Another thing, I cannot download cheats or patches for any game I get the error Failed to retrieve HTML page proxy connection refused I tried to place the xml patch file from here https://github.com/shadps4-emu/ps4_cheats/tree/main/PATCHES in the patches folder to no avail I even tried the raphaelthegreat, Xcedf and diegolix forks and is the same error as in the official build even worse with the diegolix fork it just crashes after launch So if someone could help me and others who may be facing the same issue get this legendary game to work would be awesome, thanks in advance.

In keyboard how would it be, can you be son kind and explain, I don't use joystick or controller, what to enter where you set it to Joy 1 LSX and Joy 1 RSY, who is it with keyboard? This is the way I set it so far but the problem still there it auto goes to the right

Hi there, are you using a special build of MAME 0.280 or mainstream MAME? I am using vanilla, mainstream MAME not any special build. Can you show us with captures or a short video where did you configure steering in left and pedals in right to make it work what needs to be done, I just have it auto set to RIGHT OK and guess that where the problem lies, no matter if I move it to the left in test menu it remains in RIGHT OK

Hi there guys, as you now this game now works out of the box in MAME 0.280 but the problem is the game is in an auto right permanently, you can bareley steer left but if you just stop keep pressed the left arrow it auto goes to the right, I tried to correct it in the menu pressing F2 but had no luck since don't know what exactly needs to be done or where, if someone can tell us or share their .cfg file for this or something with everything pre-configured to just enjoy and play.

The thing is it cannot be done, once you insert coins and then press start it auto enters in test menu and there all the buttons are unresponsive, TP today's update fixed this very issue in Pac-man Batttle Royale but it broke Capcom Fighting Jam

I just update Teknoparrot today just a few minutes ago and I could enter Test and set it to Freeplay and now it's working, this is Battle Royale, guess must be the same for Pac-Man Arcade Party I did this for CAPCOM FIGHTING JAM but still has the issue of getting into Test Mode when pressing start.

Hi there guys, can someone please help me, in Pac-Man Battle Royale in TP the game launches but the buttons don't work, not even test button so I cannnot set it to Freeplay, I use DirectInput keyboard

Tried this but it only the crosshair is only responsive to keyboard not to the mouse, as you said you had it configured for your wiimote, I tried very hard to make it work with my mouse in System Settings - Input Device Options like you said to no avail can you be son kind and send me the required specific files already set up to just play with my mouse or another full version whatever makes it work for all of us who just want to play with the mouse

Appreciate your work but too sorry it was configured with a gun in mind, I need it with the crosshair already calibrated for a mouse as I don't have a gun and all I tried to set it up with the TAB key didn't work, couldn't set the mouse to move down only moves left, right, and up, and is very slow but down didn't work for down.

That cannot be true...we both used the same roms but why does it keep telling me missing files? I just checked and it actually is telling me there are missing files in every single rom I have, what could it be, I have them all in the roms folder. Regarding the issue when it refuses to run with the hyperscan folders, it keeps happening, here are the file just unzip them and place the folders inside your mame folder so it will display the error I mentioned a few posts above so you can fix it. This, the crosshair is off and there is no way to access options with F2 or TAB, hopefully someone can help us, was a51site4 playable in earlier versions of MAME?

Hey there, seems like it still has issues/bugs, after I run both the old and new app, it keeps telling me that some files are missing even though I already update many roms after the first scan told me that some files were missing, here is an example in the screenshot with 3wondersu.zip I donwloaded it twice one from a .278 romset and the other from here https://www.winkawaks.org/roms/cps1/3wondersu-download.htm That site even shows all the crc32 (and file names) the app says are missing. I played 3 wonders before updating to the .278 romset and it played just fine regardless of the missing files or the fact that I haven't updated the rom for a while.

Got it! What was causing the issue was the hyperscan folder inside the roms folder, that where it is meant to live right in the same way chd files are each in their folders inside the roms folder, seems like scansroms refuses to run when it finds this and other folders which don't containd chd files.

It's not a network drive, it's a local drive, so what is the issue and how to fix it?
