Can someone explain to me why Spice is not offering any patches to apply?

Hey Everyone, I'm coming from Vivid Wave to Exceed Gear. I want to get the file up to the latest update. How would I do that? I'm on Arcana and I'm using this base file (KFC-2021083100). I want to get it to the latest version. I pulled the dump from this address: https://nyaa.si/view/1438218 . I've never updated the arcade dump hdd before so that's new to me. I updated the EA-config.xml, configured the card, spice and the analog knobs in the service mode. I just wanted to get the data up to date. Thanks!
