  1. For OmniMix , What if we just stay on the 0830 version (don't use 0915), apply the OmniMix files, and then select the "OmniMix" option listed at the bottom of the patcher as shown below - would that work?
  2. Is there a way to run SDVX VI Exceed Gear in 720p ? I'm able to do this with the prior versions using SpiceTools, but EG seems to just ignore that option.
  3. Quick question - does using the patcher actually change the resolution the game is rendering at or just perform pixel-scaling similar to what your monitor/TV or GPU would do? Does it look noticably better at 4k than simply having the default resolution scaled up to your screen size?
  4. Someone already mentioned previously a few posts earlier that Asphyxia currently doesn't support 20210831 version yet, and that it can wipe out your scores/progress. I backup my Ashpyxia data/scores (and some other game saves) peridically to a folder on my Dropbox account. I recommend this (or something similar) to anyone who is concerned about any potential data loss.
  5. The BemaniPatcher site does have some edits for this game: https://mon.im/bemanipatcher/taikonotatsujin.html Don't know about your other questions.
  6. If you're using TeknoParrot, you need to set controller to Dinput (not Xinput) to enable keyboard input.
  7. Not sure if the game uses DX12, but the BNA1 system board it runs on in the arcade is based on Windows 10 (This won't run on Windows 7 if you're trying to do that).
  8. Finally got my FauceTwo today Was easy to setup in SpiceTools - can also configure the HID Lighting options. Tested it out on a few SDVX rips - works great so far. Haven't taken the time to tweak some things such as the deadzone feature on the controller & sensitivity settings in SpiceTools, but working pretty well on defaults.
  9. Yeah that's it. Confirmed/tested by removing & replacing that file. Wanted to know which file to backup in case data gets wiped or corrupted.
  10. Anyone know where/which files SegaTools/minime uses to save your AIME card data ?
  11. Working for me using TeknoParrot on Windows 10 (Intel / Nvidia based PC). Played a game just with keyboard (Dinput) and didn't notice any issues. Is there any method to save scores/progress yet ?
  12. Posted August 1 I'm running this under TeknoParrot. Story mode progress & car tuning (per car) is saved by TP to a file named "teknoprogress.sav" in the game directory.
  13. Here is the patcher I used for WMMT 5DX+. It was released for the original WMMT 5 but seems to work just fine for 5DX+ when I use it. The 5DX+ upgrade doesn't change the "wmn5r.exe" file at all, so sort of makes sense that the patcher would still work. I don't think a resolution patcher for WMMT 6 is out yet ... WMMT5.Resolution.Patcher.zip
  14. I have a question regarding the resolution patcher that's available for this. Does the game itself actually render at the higher resolutions if you use the patched file? Or does the patcher simply upscale the graphics rendered at the original internal resolution (like how some PS3/X360 games have 720p internal resolution & are just upscaled by the hardware to 1080p) ? I'm just wondering if using the resolution patcher provides any graphical improvements over simply allowing your monitor/TV or GPU to upscale the graphics.
  15. On NVidia, there is a way to set a max frame rate per game (*.exe file). This link explains how: https://www.howtogeek.com/509097/how-to-set-a-maximum-frame-rate-in-nvidias-drivers/ This only works for *.exe files though & doesn't seem to work for games that are launched by a *.dll via SpiceTools. For Pop'n Music 26, I tried adding the spice.exe file itself to NVidia configuration and set it to 60fps, but that seemed to have no effect on the game itself - the animations still ran fast unless I actually set my monitor refresh rate to 60Hz. This method did work for games like WMMT 6 and WMMT 5DX+ (which I run via TP) ; those games are actually started via *.exe files which you can add to NVidia configuration.
  16. I have IIDX 28 Bistrover working perfectly w/ saving via asphyxia core. Running on an old Intel based PC w/ a decent video card, GTX 1070. For folks having issues, I've rar'd up my entire "contents" directory excluding the "data" directory and shared it at the link below. Just download/unrar it somewhere on the same drive as your current IIDX 28 location & do a move of your "data" directory into the new directory containing the folders/files I've provided. You might need to delete everything in " .../dev/nvram " if it still doesn't work. Hope that helps some folks having issues here. https://1drv.ms/u/s!AmteDcWaA0g7dbL028G87xfOkcI?e=x4OImq
  17. Does anyone have Omnimix for either Bistrover or Heroic Verse available or know any links where we can download it?
  18. I can't remember but does SDVX have in-game options to adjust the timing window? I know IIDX & Gitadora have that option. I'll boot up SDVX later when I have some time and check it out ...
  19. It's your Windows display settings. If you're running NVidia card, open up NVidia control panel and set your monitor refresh rate to 60 Hz.
  20. I believe the version number that is displayed in-game is simply what's in the *.xml file. You can just edit that file yourself if you want to "keep track" of which update you're on. On larger updates they usually include the updated *.xml file but I guess in this case, since it was such a small update (just a fix), they did not.
  21. Yes, it is designed to work with PC and Sony PS4/PS5; possibly other devices using adapters (I haven't tested this). You can order it from Gamo2 - they carry it in their U.S. Storehouse so you can save on shipping as well: https://www.gamo2.com/en/index.php?dispatch=products.view&product_id=349
  22. For anyone who needs it, I've attached the Bemani Patcher from 07-17-21 on my post here: http://www.emuline.org/topic/2401-arcade-pc-beatmania-iidx-28-bistrover-bemani/?page=3&tab=comments#comment-106547 This version has the stuff that was removed (IIDX Bistrover, SDVX VI, etc.)
  23. For anyone who needs it, here is the Bemani Patcher from 07-17-21 which has the stuff that was removed (IIDX Bistrover, SDVX VI, etc.) Just unzip it somewhere & click on either the game-specific *.html or the index.html to see the full list of games. BemaniPatcher 20210717.zip
  24. Dude, don't be a fuckin idiot. I'm not spreading no "virus". Google will often warn if you download a "rar" or "zip" - you can always scan the download with a virus scanner if you're not sure. There's also files in these HDD rips that trigger false positives. I love how u try to help people and idiots like these with only 4 posts total say dumb ass shit. SMH ..... If anyone believes this idiot, I will remove my posts & links immediately. Only trying to help ppl who are having issues here ....
  25. I can only pass easier levels on a keyboard myself - usually use my EZMAX controller to play the Pop'n games which works pretty well. When I mess around on a keyboard, I just use the following keys: A --- S --- D --- F --- Space --- J --- K --- L --- ;
