Cobra the Arcade - Full In-Game Speed

Hi,
I'm not sure if this has been discussed before, but I wanted to share my findings:

When you delete the following lines from the cobrata.arcadedef file, you can actually play the game at full speed - or at least close to it.

This worked on my system (Ryzen 7 9700X, RTX 4060 Ti).

With this patch its really slow..

As I mentioned, apologies if this has already been discussed - I just couldn't find this information anywhere.

Every Cobra the Arcade video on YouTube seems to run with this patch, resulting in very slow gameplay.

This is an easy fix.

Btw, does anyone know what this patch is intended to do? I couldn't notice any difference except for the in-game speed.
