Hi HVG, I use a combination of tools, I guess I should write a step by step guide. But for now I just give you the main idea for the more advanced users to give a head start. 1) Audacity Open the English audio file, and separate vocals from everything else. 2) Wisper Open the file with just the vocals and trascrive it in English, and translate the text to the destination language. 3) ElevenLabs or any other TTS of your choice Use voice design to create a voice that sounds like the English one and then generate all the translated sentences. 4) Audacity After I gathered all the vocals translated then with Audacity and infinite patience, I replace the English vocals with the translated one trying to respect as much as possible timings so that everything is in synch. When I'm done with the vocals then I combine back the vocals with the soundtrack and sounds FX, and export the file as .ogg I hope this helps.
