I suppose because I never heard about a public or private dump of this game in 10 years, except Reaver who has his personnal copy I think, because he bought the real hardware. Whatever this game is not really interesting at all, I'm not a fan of Mecha game with 3D vision... This game can make sense when you play it with the real cab which is very cool , in this case it can be fun but I find no interest there to play Offline on PC... If you want to play it you will need motion controllers dude ^^ Each have their advantages, but say that Ryujin is so much more stable and allows you to play new games almost in DAY1. But the 2 emulators are complementary. After all depends on the PC config that you have too.

I am very angry with this studio, they are unable to release an official lightgun patch. The only reason they say: is that they have problems to accept 2 mouse cursors at the same time with the UNITY engine... They are incompetent, because we had an unofficial patch... The most complete and last update of the game is U02 , this version has Jap language + subtitles and complete US language and subtitles, however all dumps have the native Jap language activated. I confirm you again and again no result with WMMT3, No hook at all... it's the only title that bothers me.. WMMT3 uses "BudgieLoader.exe" from ...\ElfLdr2\ for 2 last linux games DEAD HEAT and WMMT3. DEAD HEAT works with ArcCabView but not with WMMT3 and I don't know why... maybe it requires a patch... I don't know...

it uses the new budgieloader (elfloader in Elfdrv2 folder) yes I done all of this, but Reshade can't hook dude, I'm gonna be crazy with WMMT3 lol
