  1. I don't know if my controller is special or something but I've noticed a few lies in the guide and even in the config lol. First of all, the guide seems to be lying saying you can use the gamepad config in the card menu, that doesn't do anything. The game seems to still exclusively use the config, you can set all the buttons to melee and it'll ignore it and use the config. Secondly, the DeviceId line is a lie apparently. The default 16 just made my controller not work at all while setting it to 0 let it work as well as my keyboard... so all the devices worked simultaneously... which is what it said 16 is supposed to do. Finally the bit about the PS4 buttons seems to be a lie, my friend uses a PS4 controller and the control panel button numbers were the correct ones... Seems like emulate xinput either isn't doing what I think it does because the game still doesn't seem to vibe well with xinput controllers since the triggers aren't buttons, so I have to use Joy2Key for that.
  2. If you don't have both windows up (LM and Client) you have to have the main directory config.ini be identified as the LM as described in the config and the one in the client folder as Client. If you're still getting that error, DisableSocketHook should be true for the LM, false on the client. I'm able to play perfectly fine, just need to edit the controller config in the card to not be stupid as Joy2Key seems to make me double tap without meaning to. Edit: Anyone able to get an XB1 controller working? Game seems to not recognize the triggers.
  3. Wait so make the card server IP the radmin server's IP address?
  4. Can't help you there man, it should make no difference lol.
  5. No I mean the instructions on the description are enough if you want to play solo. Just don't do the netsh stuff. The .ps1 files you have aren't exes so don't double click on them. They're powershell scripts so if you're on Windows 10, right click them and then Run with Powershell. The previous pdf files in this topic still apply to Overboost with a main difference being cards don't get properly saved. Inserting your card for the very first time works but after that it'll keep saying it can't connect to the card server.
  6. The Overboost one does have its own exes, it doesn't need xboost's, there's instructions. I will say there are problems with some xinput controllers when it comes to double inputs and default configuration being wrong so either use dinput or if your controller supports switching between them, switch to dinput. Also Rising Freedom's A+B doesn't work.
